1、退出OIA軟件并關(guān)閉激發(fā)臺光源開關(guān)(紅色按鈕)

2、取下燃燒室兩側(cè)的螺絲，向上移開燃燒室。

3、用專用毛刷(或者脫脂棉)清掃鎢電極周圍和燃燒室里面的黑色廢渣(嚴(yán)禁使用酒精等液體)。

4、清理完畢裝上燃燒室，打開光譜儀軟件和激發(fā)光源(紅)后，氬氣吹掃十幾分鐘。

注意：不要將大塊物體落入排氣孔內(nèi)，以免堵塞排氣管道。
